Crazy so far!

Wow!! is all I can say we've had quite the year so far. The biggest thing is our 2 females dogs had a really big fight. It was so bad and scary all at the same time.  Daisy started a fight with Mya....I'm thinking its a dominance thing but I'm not sure. We couldn't get them a part. Both of their jaws were like locked. Daisy bite off Mya's ear. I feel so bad for little Mya. Poor baby that has got to be painful. There isn't anything we can do for her. She is on antibiotics. We went to the VET and they wrapped her head. She looks cute but at the same time you feel bad for her....   :(    I can't believe that happened this is the worst it has been. In the process of getting them off of each other... Daisy bit my finger and it freakin hurt! Then Skyler got them a part for a minute and Daisy leaped to get to Mya and Skyler's arm was there and she bit him also!!! You never think you'll get bit by your own puppies!! It was a very traumatic experience that we went through.  While we were cleaning up the blood Tootsie was sniffing around and  ate the portion of Mya's ear the was bitten off. Disgusting!!!  I can't believe he did that. He's like a garbage disposal.  OH MY!!!  I don't know what to do with my Daisy girl. I can't have her continue to attack Mya. We are looking for a home for her. I don't want to give her away but I don't think we have any other choice. I def don't want to give her to the pound because if she doesn't get adopted then they will put her to sleep. Thats not right. She's a healthy happy puppy!! I love her I just wish they would get along!!!

Skyler started school last week. So he's getting back into the groove of things.  During his break he learned how to close the store by himself. He's doing very well with all the manager stuff. I think he likes the new promotion!! I know I do.  hahaha  We have a goal this year to read the standard works. Which is the Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price, Old Testament, and the New Testament. We're doing ok so far. It takes like 345 days to do. Hopefully we can do it! Speaking of church. Skyler has to speak at Sacrament this coming Sunday.  AHHHH!! I'm nervous for him.  Then after they want me to bear my testimony...a little nervous about that.

I need to post more pictures on here. Nothing else is really new. Skyler and I have been talking about kids...that will be exciting when that day comes. I have a lot of friends who are pregnant right now or just had a baby!! Crazy! One of my best friends Trina is due any day now! I can't wait to meet baby Siena. I also started to work out with my very best best friend Shawna!!  I'm very excited I need to get into shape. I need to lose like 70 pounds!! Well I guess that is all for now.

Happy New Year!

Well it is officially 2011. WOW how crazy!! Lets just say I'm not to sad to see 2010 go...It wasn't a great year. But there were 2 great things that happened. We got married and it was the most perfect and beautiful day! The other thing was I got baptized. I actually got baptized last night (new years eve). It was amazing. A lot of Skyler's family came. Wish my mom in law could of been there but she is still in CA. I know she was thinking about me though. I wish my mom could be there as well but she doesn't really agree with my decision. Skyler's grandma came, his Aunt Teddi, Uncle John, and their children: Averi, Nathan, and Holly. Also his Uncle Troy, Aunt Sharinda, and their children Rebecca, Sarah, and the little baby I think her name is Emma lynn? She's really adorable though. I'm so happy that they all came to support us. The feeling last night was amazing/awesome all in one. Sunday I will get confirmed and will be an official member of the Kuna 10th ward.    :)   A lot of people from the ward came. I met some really nice people. It was great b/c I've never met any of the people in ward before and they came to be supportive. How great is that! Also the Bishop came, the Stake President, the Relief Society president, Elders Corum (sp?) president, and other Missionaries.  Very excited and happy!!  I am so thankful for Elder Shelley, Elder T, and also Elder Cobb who already went home from his mission but was there for a majority of my lessons. I'm ready to start a new journey and have the lord back in my life. I'm really thankful for my husband. He gave a really great talk on baptism. He is the most amazing, care, loving man ever! I just love him so very very much! I'm so excited to spend the rest of my life with him. Finally I have a good man! I love you babe!

We don't have any big plans for the new year. Fixing up the house a little bit. There are some things that need attention! In six months we will be married 1 year. How crazy is that.  Can't wait! Well I hope my family and friends have a blessed new year. I can't wait to make wonderful memories!! Here's to 2011 baby!!

Merry Christmas!

Well today is Christmas day! We had a wonderful day with family. I'm so excited to use our wii that my mom got us, and it's the red one! Very exciting!! She also made us this BSU plaque that hangs up. If you know us you know we are big big BSU fans. So it's made out of wood. The plaque is shaped like a football and the top is a football field and it's painted blue (like our turf) and has all the yards on the field like a normal field. It has the wooden words "game day" painted in orange and then BSU wood letters and they are like the material of a football. It's so freaking awesome! I love love love it!! I hope all our family and friends had a very Merry Christmas! We are so blessed to have our wonderful, loving, and amazing family in our lives. Missed my mother in law today they are soaking up the sun in Disneyland hanging out with Mickey and the gang! Xoxo. Merry Christmas!

First Blog!!!

Okay so I'm new to this whole blogging thing...I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing but I'm just gonna go with it.  :)  So where should I start? I'm making this blog so our family from out of town can keep up with Skyler's and my life. Even if they are on facebook they really don't get a whole lot of info besides looking at pictures.

So let me tell you how Skyler and I met. We met at McDonalds back in October 2008. We got together March 27th, 2009.  He took me on a bunch of dates between october and march until we "officially" were a couple.  Lets see just to name a few. The first was to the Cheese Cake Factory. That was my first time there it was pretty good. Now we go there a lot. I love love love there fried mac and cheese balls. YUMM!!!  Another date was to Cafe Ole for dinner and then we went and saw Benjamin Button. On Valentines day he took me to the Melting Pot which was good, bought me flowers and a picture at dinner. He got the picture for free because the server spattered the grease on my face, which at the time was not funny but now its really funny. I have the worst luck whether its grease spatter or hair in my food, if it can happen it will happen to me. Hahaha Skyler proposed to me on December 18th 2009 at the Pair which we went to dinner the night we were officially a couple. We had baked apple martinis and after we were done he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. We were going out for a friends birthday so it was a very good night.  We were engaged for about 6 months. We got married June 12th 2010 in Boise, Idaho. We had our ceremony in this little white church on BSU's campus and our reception at the Double Tree Riverside hotel.  It turned out very well. It was very beautiful and just perfect!! We've been married 6 months now and it has been wonderful! He is a very good man and I don't know what I would do without him by my side. He is like my rock besides my mom of course.

So now I'll tell you a little about us. Skyler is still working at McDonalds. They are the only place that will work with his school schedule. He just got promoted to a Manager, which is good. He is a full time student at Boise State. He is currently getting a double major. He will be getting his Bachelors in Accounting, and a Bachelors in Finance. Originally he was just going to get one Bachelors in Accounting-Finance. But the difference between 1 degree and 2 degree's was only 3 classes so why not? It will be better for him in the long run anyways. He is really interested in Corporate Finance or working on Wall Street. He also wants to get his Masters at Stanford hopefully he will start in the Fall of 2013.
Now on to me. I am a Dental Hygienist. I'm thinking about going back to school either to get my bachelors in hygiene or for something else. There aren't really a lot of jobs around Boise right now. I went to school for Hygiene at Apollo College where I got my Associates.

We also 3 puppies that we love very much! They aren't puppies but I call him that. Our first one is Tootsie aka Bubbas. He is 7 years old and is part chocolate lab and shar pa, the middle dog is Daisy who is 5 years old. She is part boxer and australian shepard. Our youngest is Mya she is 3 years old. She is a pure bread pit bull. She is so loving and gentle and loves to snuggle on the couch.  The puppies are like our kids. Even though sometimes they can be a handful but what dog can't?

Well that is us in a nut shell. I will be posting other things as they happen. Christmas is almost here so that is exciting. Today is Christmas eve eve. I've already made all my sweets that I am making and giving for presents to the family.  I made chocolate truffles, bon bon's, fudge, and chocolate covered pretzels. I was very busy making all these goodies. The best part is they turned out! I've only ever made fudge before, so I'm branching out and trying new things to make. Any excuse I get to use my Kitchen aid is good. Well I think I did ok writing this. Once I got started things just came to my head, it was pretty easy.  :)
